Return Policy
1. You can return the product you received from the courier as you received it (invoice and other accessories) within FOURTEEN (14) days from the date of receipt without using, tearing off the label, destroying or deforming it.
2. When receiving your order from the cargo, make sure to check it next to the cargo officer who delivered it. Do not receive the product(s) that you think are damaged during shipping. If the product/products are damaged, make sure to make a report to the cargo authority and send the products back without receiving them.
3. Before returning the product you have purchased, please inform info@giftogift.com about the product you will return via e-mail and get approval.
4. After the product/products reach us, the necessary examination is done meticulously. If the above conditions are met, the exchange will be made on the same day. If you want a refund, it will be processed within 3 business days.
5. Refunds are made within 3 working days if they are made by credit card, or to bank account if they are made by money order, depending on the type of payment made.
6. For the satisfaction of our customers and the continuity of our shopping, it is very important to us that the return/exchange process is a very normal situation. We believe that the Buyer and the Seller are an inseparable whole.
7. The shipping fee of the new product in exchange transactions belongs to the Buyer.
Cancellation Conditions
When you want to cancel your order, you can call our Customer Service and notify your cancellation request before the product is delivered to the cargo. As a result of the request received by us, your order will be canceled before delivery and your payment will be returned to your credit card.
